WOOT WOOT :)))

I am now down to 165 pounds! This is what I weighed when I got pregnant! I've lost all of my baby weight in 7 1/2 months! ALL 85 pounds I gained is GONE! The last 27 pounds is thanks to Xyngular!! I've only done two full rounds of Ignite and the rest of my weight loss has come from incorporating the products into my daily life and making better choices for my diet. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy an occasional fudgesicle or dinner out with friends, but on a daily basis I am choosing healthier foods. If I have a "bad" weekend of eating I just do the first two days of the Ignite and get myself back on track. I have recently tried kale... I was worried and a little apprehensive about it, but its actually delicious!

-Kale Chips-
Kale ripped into chunks
Rubbed with olive oil
Sprinkled with sea salt
Baked at 350 for 10-15 minutes
Take it out before it turns brown

DELICIOUS AND AN AWESOME REPLACEMENT FOR CHIPS :))

I am trying to push myself out of my comfort zone to continue finding new foods that are healthy and taste great! Next on my list of things to try is quinoa... I'll let you know how it goes!

Xyngular's products are amazing and are helping people not only with reaching their weight loss goals and gain their confidence back, but there are so many health benefits people have been experiencing from these products; relief from arthritis, IBS, MS, fibromyalagia, insulin resistance, migraines, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, low energy levels, anxiety, depression, PCOS, and so many more!

The xyngular oppurtunity has also helped me feel more confident in my ability to meet and talk to new people again. My marriage has even been improved by these products because I feel better and look better so I am a happier person! I love hearing my husband tell me I look great! My favorite compliment from a friend recently was, "You get skinnier every time I see you!" That one will probably stick with me for a long time! I am so excited that I have found such an amazing company to work with and products that have helped me and my family so much!
My mom has los 23 pounds and counting
My mother in law has lost 14.5
My father in law has lost 20
My grandmother has lost 10
My friend has lost 6
... and the list goes on and on!

I will keep the updates coming because I know that I have 20 more pounds I AM GOING TO LOSE and I can't wait to get there! I am also going to Vegas for a Xygnular conference and I can't wait to meet all of the people I've been meeting over conference calls and facebook from this company! I will also love to learn more about building a great business to be able to help even more people feel as good as I am feeling!

An Exciting New Adventure!

So in March I tried Xyngular's Ignite System for the first time. Its an 8 day fat burning cleanse and I lost about 8 pounds. My mom and I did it together while I was staying in Idaho Falls with her since Ryan was in North Dakota working. I then went back to Rock Springs for a week, then back to Idaho Falls we went for my birthday and Easter! We had tons of fun and of course food :) after Idaho Falls we made a weekend trip to Boise to celebrate with my friends and of course more food and drinks! When I got back home I was worried that all of my weight would be back and that the Ignite would have just been a quick fix... BUT to my surprise I had only gained back 3 pounds! So I decided that I would start selling the products because I had used them and had them work for me! I have never felt so great! I did another 8 day Ignite this time with my husband and friend. Ryan lost 12 pounds! I lost 8 and my friend lost 7! I was down to 180 pounds from 192! I'm feeling awesome and gaining my confidence back!
Last week Ryan, myself, and the babies went on a family vacation with Ryan's parents and brothers to San Diego! We had so much fun and enjoyed many delicious meals so again, I was worried when I stepped on the scale the morning after we got home that I would gain some weight back... BUT again I was surprised. NO WEIGHT GAIN! I took the XYNG with me to San Diego to help me with my energy since we would be having some long days of fun and my anxiety about traveling with 6month old twins, it also helps with your metabolism and appetite so when I got home I still weighed 180!
Today I am starting my 3rd round of Ignite and I am ready to see another great weight loss! We are planning on staying home at least for a few weeks so I will be able to go to the gym regularly again which will help even more! I can't wait for the results! I am hoping that these products will not only help me reach my 40 pound weight loss goal, but that I will also be able to get off of my anxiety medication! I have gone from taking medication every morning to every other day and I'm still feeling GREAT! This is very exciting to me because I hated the thought of having to live on medication. Above is a picture of me three days after having the twins and left is a picture of me after completing two rounds of Ignite... but I want that to be my "BEFORE" picture someday so I can look back and see how far I've come!
My mom is also starting her 2nd round of Ignite today! She lost 6 pounds her first round! Both of my In-Laws started their 1st round yesterday and this morning my MIL lost 3 pounds and my FIL lost 5!!! So exciting to see that these products can help so many different people!
I'm very excited to be apart of the XYNGULAR company and be able to help people regain their confidence and health! These products are filled with antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins! They are all natural and have no side effects! The company is awesome and the team of people behind you helping you reach your goals are amaXYNG! I can't wait to see what comes from all of this! :)))

Finally SUCCESS :]

I am on my 7th out of 8 days on the Ignite Fat Burning System. I have lost 8 and 1/2 pounds! I have been really working on my eating habits and making sure I go to the gym several times a week as well as getting back outside and enjoying being more active with my friends and family. I was frustrated though! I had lost 7 inches, but I hadn't lost ANY weight. I was going up and down with the same two pounds. I decided to try the Ignite System to jump start my weight loss, give myself some motivation, and also help me feel more accomplished so that I had the desire to keep trying.

I have actually enjoyed the system because it is set up to keep you from starving which is often the problem and aversion people have to cleansing. www.Xyngular.com/trina is the distributor I got my products through, but I am going to start distributing myself because I am now a believer in this product! I feel so great without all of the processed foods, sugars, simple carbs, sodas, etc. in my body! I know that I have to be realistic and know that I am not always going to be able to stay away from these foods, but after going without them I know that I CAN DO IT. There are so many other healthy choices for foods and there is no point in drinking your calories! The Fat Burning System tells you to drink half of your body weight in ounces in water each day which is a important part of helping your body burn fat and flush your system of all the toxins that are produced from the fat burning process. Continuing to drink this much water even after the 8 days are finished helps to keep you full and often times your body confuses thirst for hunger and you eat when actually you're just thirsty!!

I am on month 3 of my weight loss journey and still have a long ways to go, but I a feeling much better after finally having some success with IGNITE! More updates to come!

Two Months In...

Alright, it has been almost two months since I started going to the gym and being more aware of what I'm eating and.... I've gained two pounds! LAME, but I have lost about 7 inches total! 6 from my abdomen and a half inch from each thigh. So I'm going to up my water intake and work on getting in some more cardio because I've been doing a lot of resistance band classes and Pilates to tone up my muscles, but I think more cardio will help move things along. I am a little frustrated by the weight gain, but I'm excited that the part I dislike the most is getting smaller. I am also going to try a cleanse called IGNITE that is supposed to really jump start your weight loss in a healthy way and then I'm buying a fat burner from MusclePharm. I want to continue to work on making my heating habits healthier and a way of life that I will be able to pass on to my girls. My gym has added a Saturday class which is awesome because it was only open on weekdays before so now I have another day that I can go workout and have a babysitter.
I'm not giving up on my goal and I'm going to keep working towards it with even more motivation! I want to feel better, look better, and live better! I am renewing my membership at my gym for another three months and I'm going to keep at it!

On another note, Kinley and Paige are doing awesome! They are growing so fast and getting so strong! They have been on amazing sleep schedules which has really made my  life alot easier and me a much happier momma! They are starting to work on eating rice cereal which is hilarious and I have been upping their ounces in their bottles each feeding because they were still acting hungry after their 5 ounces. They are awesome at keeping their heads up and sitting up with help. They are really starting to get excited by toys and people. They love their little saucer that Grandma Melissa got them for Christmas. I have started putting them in little outfits every morning which is adorable! I walked into their room and Ryan was putting little headbands with bows on them which was so heartbreakingly cute! They are growing so fast and getting so big! Ryan and I love them so much!  They go for their 4 month appointment so I will update everyone on how much they weigh and how tall they are getting! PRECIOUS!

Gym, Tanning, Babies...

Its no surprise that I gained quite a bit of weight during pregnany with my twins. I lost a huge amount of it just during my delivery and when my swelling went down I felt like a whole new woman, BUT I was already 20 pounds over weight when I got pregnant. My goal is to lose 50 pounds and be back to 140. This is what I weighed when I was my happiest and felt my best! I currently have a membership to our family rec center herre in Rock Springs and have gone several times, but the daycare is only open from 9-12 Monday through Friday and closed during the summer so I am looking into joining the womens weight loss center when my membership is up so I have one less excuse to use when trying to get to the gym. I joined bodyspace on bodybuilding.com so that I can keep track of my progress and measurements and help hold myself accountable. I have also made a personal goal of making dinner at least 5 times a week which I have been able to do for the last few weeks. I am determined to complete my weight loss goal by the end of this year, but I want to be able to fit into my "fat jeans" by the end of April when Ryan and I are taking a vacation to San Diego. I want my maternity jeans to be a thing of the past.
Tanning has also become a part of my routine because it has helped me feel better about myself with more immediate results and my stretch marks are beginning to lighten up which makes me feel so much better! I am going to be taking my measurements and weighing myself every Monday and continuing to work on my eating habits and increasing the amount of workouts I get in each week.
This brings me to the last part.. BABIES. I am reading a book about healthy sleeping habits for twins and how to set up a sleep schedule for two because an important part of my return to healthy is healthy sleep for the whole family especially myself! I also want to have the babies on a sleep schedule so that I can schedule in my workouts much easier and be able to plan my time at the gym as much as possible.

Updates to come! Hopefully good news, good news, good news :]

Our Babies Have Arrived!

Paige Lee and Kinley Jo made their arrival on Tuesday, November 8th at 10:27 and10:28pm via C-Section. I had been thinking that my water was slowing leaking starting Monday morning and on Tuesday night my mother-in-law convinced me to call Labor and Delivery. The nurse told me to come in right away to have a test done for amniotic fluid. I got to EIRMC at 8:00pm, the test was done at 8:30, and came back POSITIVE for fluid at 9:00. The nurse told me the great news that my C-Section would be scheduled for 10:00 that night! I was so relieved and excited! Ryan and I started calling people to let them know that the little girls would be here soon!

The surgery went great and the feeling of hearing Paige and Kinley cry for the first time sent an amazing rush through my whole body! After recovering from my surgery for a few hours I was wheeled into the NICU to meet my babies! Ryan was such an awesome help the whole time I was in the hospital. He slept on a tiny couch in my room so that I didn't have to be alone! So cute! I was released on Friday, but the babies had to stay in the NICU for a few more days just to make sure they were eating well enough to come home.

Paige and Kinley were released from the hospital together only one week after being born. The doctor said that he had never released twins together before and that he was really proud of the girls! I lived in Idaho Falls until the babies were a month old.

All of us have been together as a family now back in Rock Springs for a little over a week. I love my new life and our sweet babies. Ryan is such an amazing husband and an even more amazing father to our girls! It is so nice to be all together.

Make Room for Babies!

Well I am 30 weeks and 1 day pregnant today. We are getting so close to meeting our little ones, but it still feels so far away! I am on moderate bedrest which can be a little rough because I get antsy from sitting around so much! I am currently living with my mom for the time being while I have so many doctors appointments and should definetly not be driving back and forth, but Ryan has to stay in Wyoming for work. He comes to visit on his week off, but not having my Hubby with me like normal is TOUGH! As my mom says, "its one of the many sacrifices we will make for our baby girls!"

From now on I am going to have a doctors appointment once a week with an ultrasound which is exciting! I also have to have non-stress tests done twice a week to make sure the little munchkins are doing fabulous.

I had a little scare on Monday, I was having some contractions and went to Labor and Delivery. They gave me a shot to stop my contractions and filled me full of water to make sure I wasn't dehydrated! My cervix is still "thick and closed" and my doctor said that my rather large uterus is just trying to adjust to the ever-growing babies!

Continued bedrest for me is the best way to keep the babies "cooking"!

We will meet them soon enough, but we did get some precious pictures of them at our appointment yesterday!
